Service Description
This course is an advanced course and is NOT needed to obtain your VA Concealed Carry Permit. This course will dive into the subject of Concealed Carry and some of the physiological and psychological issues that come up with it. We will cover: -Holsters -Drawing technique -Mindset needed for concealed carry -Concealment vs cover -Situational awareness -How to de-escalate a situation -How to avoid confrontation -Remedial action for pistols -Shooting and reloading under stress -Laws pertaining to concealed carry The live fire portion of this course will take place on local ranges. You will need hearing protection, eye protection, strong-side holster, concealment garment, and approximately 250 rounds of ammunition. Again, this class is not a beginners course and is NOT required for Virginia Concealed Carry License.
